Allegations

The complaint alleges that the employer failed to provide compliant meal periods to non-exempt employees and failed to pay premium pay for missed, late, or short meal periods. It further alleges that the employer failed to authorize or permit compliant rest periods and failed to pay premium pay for missed, late, or interrupted rest periods. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay overtime wages for all overtime hours worked, including time spent working off the clock. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay at least minimum wage for all hours worked, including off-the-clock work. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide accurate itemized wage statements, including incorrect hours, wages, and hourly rates. It further alleges that the employer failed to reimburse employees for necessary business-related expenses incurred in performing their duties.
