Allegations

The complaint alleges that the employer failed to pay truck drivers at least minimum wage for all hours worked, including non-piece-rate tasks performed under its control. It further alleges that the employer deprived truck drivers of mandatory rest periods and failed to pay premium pay. It further alleges that the employer deprived truck drivers of mandatory meal periods and failed to pay premium pay. It further alleges that the employer required employees to use their own cell phones and data plans for work and failed to reimburse those business expenses. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide accurate itemized wage statements and to maintain accurate payroll records. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay employees their wages within the time periods required by the Labor Code.
