It further alleges that the employer maintained policies providing for unlawful forfeiture of vested vacation pay and did not pay out all accrued vacation upon termination. It further alleges that the employer required employees to buy their own tools and equipment for work and failed to reimburse necessary business expenses. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide accurate wage statements because all hours worked, including overtime, were not reflected. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay employees all of their final wages following separation of employment.
