The complaint alleges that the employer failed to reimburse misclassified delivery employees for ordinary business expenses such as vehicle use, licenses, insurance and tax. It further alleges that the employer charged delivery employees fees and for stale, lost or stolen inventory, and deducted wages without express written consent or legal authority. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay all earned wages, including minimum wage, to misclassified delivery employees. It further alleges that the employer failed to compensate aggrieved employees with all required overtime pay. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide all required meal breaks to aggrieved employees. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide accurate wage statements and maintain accurate employment records for aggrieved employees.
