Allegations

The complaint alleges that the employer required employees to go through security and bag checks off the clock without pay, so they were not paid at least minimum wage for all time under the employer's control. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay overtime wages for daily overtime hours worked, including unpaid time spent in security and bag checks. It further alleges that the employer did not give employees duty-free meal periods because it required security and bag checks and clocking in and out for meals, and did not pay premium wages for non-compliant meal periods. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide compliant rest periods because employees had to walk to distant break rooms and go through security checks during breaks, and did not pay rest period premium wages. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide accurate wage statements to employees who were not paid all wages earned.
