It further alleges that the employer did not provide timely, duty-free rest periods and did not pay premium pay for missed rest periods. It further alleges that the employer failed to correctly compensate employees for overtime worked at the correct rates, including after misclassifying them as exempt or independent contractors. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay at least minimum wage for all hours worked, including on-call and sleeping time at the worksite. It further alleges that the employer failed to maintain and furnish accurate and complete itemized wage statements to employees. It further alleges that the employer willfully failed to pay all earned wages due at the time employment ended, subjecting it to waiting time penalties.
