It further alleges that the employer failed to provide required rest periods to non-exempt employees and failed to pay premium compensation for missed rest periods. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide timely, accurate, itemized wage statements containing legally required information. It further alleges that the employer failed to indemnify employees for necessary business expenses such as cell phone usage and mileage.
