Allegations

The complaint alleges that the employer failed to provide compliant meal periods and failed to pay meal period premiums, because of heavy workloads, mandatory radios, unscheduled meals and a timekeeping lockout. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay all overtime wages owed to non-exempt employees, including for off-the-clock and meal period work. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay at least minimum wage for off-the-clock work such as mandatory travel, training and drug testing. It further alleges that the employer did not authorize and permit compliant rest periods and did not pay premium pay when rest periods were not provided. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide complete and accurate wage statements to non-exempt employees. It further alleges that the employer failed to reimburse business-related expenses, including the costs of mandatory physical examinations and drug tests.
