Allegations

The complaint alleges that the employer failed to provide legally required meal periods, or premium pay in lieu of them, to aggrieved employees. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide legally required rest periods, or premium pay in lieu of them, to aggrieved employees. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay aggrieved employees at least minimum wages for all hours worked. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide complete and accurate wage statements, including omitting the total hours worked. It further alleges that the employer failed to timely pay all wages owed to aggrieved employees upon discharge or resignation.
