Allegations

The complaint alleges that the employer did not provide compliant duty-free meal periods to non-exempt employees, whose meal periods were short, late, or on-premises, and did not pay premium wages for missed meal periods. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay at least minimum wages for all hours worked, including off-the-clock time under its control. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay correctly calculated overtime and double-time wages to non-exempt employees. It further alleges that the employer failed to authorize and permit compliant paid rest periods and did not pay premium wages when rest periods were not provided. It further alleges that the employer failed to reimburse employees for necessary business expenses, including use of personal cell phones for work. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide accurate itemized wage statements showing correct total hours worked and correct hours at each rate.
