The complaint alleges that the employer failed to provide compliant duty-free meal periods to non-exempt employees and failed to pay premium wages when meal periods were not provided. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay correctly calculated overtime and double-time wages to non-exempt employees. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay at least minimum wages for all hours worked, including off-the-clock time under its control. It further alleges that the employer failed to authorize and permit compliant paid rest periods and failed to pay premium wages when rest periods were not provided. It further alleges that the employer failed to reimburse employees for necessary business expenses, including use of personal cell phones for work. It further alleges that the employer knowingly failed to provide accurate itemized wage statements showing correct total hours worked and hourly rates.
