It further alleges that the employer failed to authorize and permit compliant rest periods or pay premiums in lieu, coercing employees to work through rest periods. It further alleges that the employer shaved hours worked to avoid paying overtime and failed to include commissions in the regular rate used to calculate overtime. It further alleges that the employer failed to timely pay minimum and regular wages for all time worked, including work performed while clocked out for meal periods. It further alleges that the employer failed to timely pay all wages due upon termination or separation of employment and failed to pay waiting time penalties.
