Allegations
The complaint alleges that the employer failed to pay overtime at the correct rate because it required employees to wait off-the-clock to be let out of the store. It further alleges that the employer provided inaccurate, incomplete wage statements that did not show all hours worked or applicable rates, including overtime. It further alleges that the employer willfully failed to pay all accrued wages to employees within the required time after separation of employment.
