Allegations

The complaint alleges that the employer failed to provide timely, uninterrupted, compliant meal periods and did not pay premium wages when meal periods were not lawfully provided. It further alleges that the employer did not authorize and permit compliant paid rest periods and did not pay premium wages for missed rest periods. It further alleges that the employer had a uniform policy of requiring work beyond daily and weekly overtime thresholds without paying the required overtime premium, including by failing to include all compensation in the regular rate. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay minimum wage for all hours worked through off-the-clock work, time-shaving, and rounding practices. It further alleges that the employer required employees to incur necessary work-related expenses and did not reimburse them. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide accurate, lawful itemized wage statements to employees.
