Allegations

The complaint alleges that the employer failed to provide compliant meal periods to flight attendants, including requiring work through meals, and failed to pay meal period premiums. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide compliant rest breaks to flight attendants and failed to pay rest period premiums. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay reporting time pay when flight attendants reported for work but were not put to work or were furnished less than half of their scheduled work. It further alleges that the employer failed to reimburse flight attendants for necessary business expenses such as required uniforms and cleaning, home internet and cellphone plans for at-home training. It further alleges that the employer willfully failed to pay all earned wages to separated employees at discharge or within the required time after they left. It further alleges that the employer failed to maintain accurate payroll records showing actual hours worked by flight attendants.
