Allegations

The complaint alleges that the employer required non-exempt employees to work off the clock and failed to pay minimum wages for all hours worked, including through a time-rounding practice. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay all overtime wages, including by not including all forms of compensation in the regular rate of pay and not paying for off-the-clock overtime hours. It further alleges that the employer denied non-exempt employees compliant and timely meal periods and failed to pay meal period premiums at the regular rate of pay. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide compliant rest periods by not relieving employees of all duties during rest periods, and failed to pay rest period premiums at the regular rate. It further alleges that the employer issued wage statements that failed to accurately identify wages earned, hours worked, and applicable rates of pay. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay all wages owed during employment and at separation from employment.
