Allegations

The complaint alleges that the employer failed to provide accurate itemized wage statements and payroll records showing correct hours, rates and earnings. It further alleges that the employer required employees to report for work by checking a scheduling app and then failed to put them to work for half their shift or pay reporting time pay. It further alleges that the employer willfully failed to timely pay overtime compensation to employees whose employment ended, making it liable for waiting time penalties.
