Allegations

The complaint alleges that the employer failed to provide compliant meal periods, including short or late meal breaks caused by security checks, and failed to pay meal period premiums. It further alleges that the employer failed to authorize and permit compliant rest periods and failed to pay rest period premiums to non-exempt employees. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay minimum wages for all hours worked, including off-the-clock time spent on security checks and temperature checks and rounding of time. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay overtime wages for all overtime hours, including at the correct overtime rate and for off-the-clock security check time. It further alleges that the employer willfully failed to pay all accrued wages upon termination or resignation of employment. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide accurate itemized wage statements because hours worked and meal and rest breaks were incorrectly reflected.
