Allegations

The complaint alleges that the employer failed to authorize and permit compliant rest periods and failed to pay rest period premiums to non-exempt employees. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay minimum wages for all hours worked, including off-the-clock time spent on temperature checks and security checks. It further alleges that the employer failed to pay overtime at the correct rate and failed to pay overtime for off-the-clock security and temperature check time and rounding. It further alleges that the employer willfully failed to pay all accrued compensation to employees upon termination of employment. It further alleges that the employer failed to provide accurate wage statements because hours worked and meal and rest breaks were incorrectly reported.
